Bro, Thamrin is the Orchard Road equivalent - with many 5 star hotels and high end shopping malls - Plaza Indonesia, Grand Indonesia. Not aware of, and unlikely to find any good massage joint with plusplusplus within walking distance of your hotel. You are probably going to have to jump on a taxi and explore the usual spots - Alexis, Maliboro etc all quite well-reviewed on sbf.
Only help I can give you around the Thamrin area is if you want a place to grab a casual meal and see the younger/more hip Indonesian crowd, try Social House at Grand Indonesia; a pre or after dinner drink at Skye, a rooftop bar on top of Menara BCA, very close to Social House. (Don't raise your expectations of Skye, it is not as good as some of the rooftop bars in Sing, but it is as good as it gets in Jkt).

Dude.. Mangga Dua is the red light district.... wherever you throw a stone, there bound to be fuck shops.
