A few OKTs also not doing themselves any favours either.

For example, I just had an unpleasant experience at 1612 recently, where the OKTs made me wait for a particular WL for nearly 20 mins (promising me that she would be done soon and that I'm next in line) but subsequently gave her to another guy who arrived after me, and asked me to wait another hour. Made me look like a fool. So who can such OKTs blame when customers don't return? We're there to unwind and de-stress, not to be made a fool of.

Maybe you belong to the minority group of GL punters ... Unless she is very special to him (chemistry wise or something else), most of these type of punters would only try once or twice and then move on ...

I don't know their names, but both the male and female OKTs did that to me. At first I was told by the female OKT to sit down as the WL would be done soon. Then after waiting for a while, the male OKT said actually she got a booking. At this point, I already felt that they had led me on, so I asked what happens if the guy who made the booking came. He replied that since I was already physically there, I would definitely be served first. Eventually, the guy who made the booking came just as the WL finished her job and she was given to him, and the OKT asked me to wait another hour. When I pointed out what I was promised, the male OKT changed tack and claimed that he never said that the WL would be given to me ahead of the other customer. The WL even had the cheek to tell me to go take dinner first and come back later. Seriously, did they think I would do that after being treated like a fool?
