I think you may need to do a generic PM to newbies you give ctcs to.

Eg :

Min 2 Hours.
No Specials.
Location Fixed.

Stuff like that to make her life and yours easier.

my cheap korean car, every 1 - 2 yr sure got this problem, previous korean car also every 18 mths change battery. but suay suay 3 previous occassions also kena at desker road vicinity, damn! wonder what the AA people think of me

i find wan er massage a bit more the soothing type compared to rita, i think i like wan er type better, maybe coz less pain!

mine just passed 24 mths, can't afford new car now....still worried whether can keep job or not....still suffering from aftermath of financial meltdown.
