If you are staying in Cititel, the spa name is Mid-May Health Spa located on the 3rd floor. It's on the lift button Telephone: 03 2282 7413. Best time would be around 3pm when most of the girls would be in and there would be choice. Some do come in early by 1pm. Sara (NL) and Tong Tong (CKT) comes in around this time; both provide good service and high GFE.

If you are staying in Boulevard Hotel, the spa name is Senspa located on the 9th Floor; operating hours 12noon to 12mn. Again best time to go would be around 3pm.

Yes, you can head to the spa even if you are not a hotel guest. Just take the lift up to the spa floor and you will be greeted by the spa receptionist.
