RTM FR on Wan Er

Managed to get Wan Er for a four hour session yesterday. Main reason for the close RTM was the day before, went on ECA. Felt stuck at third gear and could not get the energy to rev up the tempo altho I felt quite fine. Mojo was fine, bro was fine, body could not muster up the jive. Who else to turn to but Wan Er ?
