Again, agree with you. But again, with a minor difference of opinion. I don't think we should always lay blame on the little head. The little head started the involvement, but it's always something else which makes them continue with it.

That's indeed the best policy. If we keep maintaining a monetary price on the deed, it reminds us that it's merely a commercial transaction. That should reduce the risk of emotional/etc involvement. I say "reduce", because I'm reluctant to say "eliminate".

agreed ... though it's merely a "business" transaction, still we have some feeling for them ... occasionally i still think of the ZH gal that ON with me .. but that's abt it .. therefore reduce but not eliminate ...
