I think Bro Lawry had pointed you in an earlier post. If there was nothing incrminating found on him like screwdriver...etc....tools to assist in breaking into the car, it will be very difficult to prove that his intention of ateempting to break into your vehicle. Unless that person had a previous record of doing so.....Loitering with Intent!

Moreover, which idiot will attempt to break into a vehicle when the driver and a passenger is inside the vehicle!!

You can alleged what you want but he can also claimed that he had seen that the vehicle was mving vigourously and that he heard some cries for help and therefore he approached the vehicle to check before considerating summoning the Police. He also can alleged that as he was approaching the vehicle, you jumbed out of it with a bat and attacked him for no reason at all!

I used to " catch monkey" when i was younger about 20-25 year back..

if u have meet people like me... u wont be the one hitting at people...
