I have been to Cebu a couple of times. I personally like Club Temptation. The girls are cute and they seem to prefer asian men. Barfine is about 1700 pesos plus you have to buy two drinks for the girl. I hear some of the prettiest girls are Jaguar KTV. But the drinks and barfine is also much hiigher.
