brothers, have anyone of u experienced pain right under the head of ur little bro when its erected? ive been feeling sharp pain there, and it feels like as if im peeing out razor blades when nature calls. even when bonking or masturbating, there's a niggling pain too. any advice or good doctor to recommend for consultation? much appreciate it.

I think you have Urinary Tract Infection or UTI. A std course of antibiotics should take care of it if it is garden variety. What causes UTI is another thing, very unhygenic down there or stds.

Any neighbourhood clinic can prescribe you the antibiotics to take.

if it is mild UTI.. drinking plenty of water will do the trick..

do u experience any burning sensation when you urine and is your urine cloudy
or tinged with blood??

my advice is to drink plenty of water and see if the pain goes away after a few days.. if it doesnt.. go to a doctor..
it could be uti, kidney stones or stds..

If there is a wound there, you will feel a stinging sensation when you bath. I am not sure but don't think there are muscles at the area, there are nerves there tho.

Don't be embarrassed to go see a doctor. They see plenty of such cases and you will just be another normal patient to them. $50 should cover both consultation and meds.
