Buy a hotel room off Carousell, preferably from someone redeeming points and do not require your ID

Explain that all you want is a keycard. Payment is via cash or paynow (meetup for keycard is a must so cash payment is feasible). Many hotels charge differently for single occupancy vs double occupancy

YMCA hotel near the national museum has lift from carpark that goes to every floor. Last year I helped my PRC FB to book when she came sg for few days. She checked in first after arrival and later I went to find her and noticed I can take the lift straight to the floor from carpark level. Well this is not a short time hotel though but not pricey.

Orchard Hotel.

Pay cash at counter during check in by yourself, thus no digital trail of payment.

Price reasonable and convenient location.

This hotel has so many different entrances to allow discreet going up. It is only CCTV which is same for all hotels.

Partner waited discreetly in one of the open lounges where seats are available. Not obvious standing and waiting.

I went to register. After collect door card, signalled her to follow me.

Now there is no one at the lift lobby to monitor how many are going up to the floors.

During COVID and initial opening, there used to be one hotel guard stationed at the lift lobby to check. Now no more.

Must remember that all hotels are required by law to keep registration records for a minimum of two years.

Even you use Dayuse to book, the hotel still have to keep the records.

Hope that during your stay there is no big happening such as theft, death, criminal activities.

Quite a pity that Singapore has no motel or 汽車旅館 like in Taiwan. We can just sit in the car with the girl and drive in to the garage outside the room.

Been trying to look for one but it seem like very hard to find in Geylang
