Most likely not 100% Korean. Koreans and Japanese in their home countries learn English as a second language. Why would she be fluent in Chinese but unable to speak any English? Maybe a Malaysian Chinese girl.

That's bcos korean won was stronger than sgd but even after it has weakened, it's still pretty much as strong as sgd, maybe if the korean won weakens further you will see koreans girls coming over..simple economics..
