When will MPs be allowed to resume operations?

So based on the above statement, my guess is:

2 June (Phase 1 open)
2 July (phase 2 open - assume transmission rate is still low)
3 Aug (Phase 3 open - assume transmission rate is still low)

The above is very positive view on the situation. If the situation takes a turn for the worse:

yes, if send btwn F & F, it is general formality. Btwn F & M, usually they'd expect gift or yuan as in western valentine's that is rythm with romantic dinner & gifts.

Between F & M is okay. But the way the ML send in wechat is like a F & M M M M M .... (all her regular customers) arrangement
