i have not encountered this problem.
from the sh.st link, click on the top RIGHT button after 5 seconds. you will be redirected to 53share.com. click on the ad, a new tab will open. the original tab will refresh and will show a blue button "Redirect me", click on that and you will be redirected to MEGA.
