Unable to maintanin erection for penetration
Hi guys, i think i am in a serious need of help at the moment.
my wife and I are in the midst of family planning when i realized that i could not hold my erection long enough for penetration. I mean i can get erected when my wife helped me to bj or hj. but once i get up from the bed only, it starts to soften. I dont have this problem when masturbating. have tried to go for jg regularly, exercising and taking half of the blue pill, but it still don't really help. i am not sure if it is due to the length of the foreplay with my wife or the problem lies with me. This problem has been bothering me ever since and i felt very depressed about it. so much so that i dont ask for sex from my wife any more and would prefer to masturbate on my own instead. Just wonder if someone could help me on this please? Thanks in advance. |

I tia gong that there is a mental, as well as a physiological component to sustaining an erection. I think abstaining from porn and masturbation will help greatly, but it takes time for your brain to reset from porn and masturbation to actual penetration with your wife.
but most importantly go see a doctor la.. not shy to buy blue pills, but shy to see doc meh? see a family planning doc lor. I shui bian google also got so many come up le. All the best with helping sg with our falling birth rate bro. |

After I had done level 9 twice a day for a week or so, I started setting 3 alarms per day (still with one off day per week). It starts out easy but actually gets pretty difficult. One session of level 9 is over 10 minutes long. My erections got stronger and I was able to maintain them much easier. Morning wood was stronger than ever. Random boners during the day came back. I seriously cannot recommend Kegels enough.

Exercise, including kegels, certainly helps. You should probably attack the problem using multiple strategies. Apart from exurcise, masturbate less, or save it totally for your wife. Take supplements that are proven to promote virility, such as Tongkat Ali. At the same time take your ED meds - full dose, not half. Good luck. (PM me for more info on PD meds.)

What's your height and weight? Better go see a doctor to do a proper check up. Is your wife pretty? Sometimes we marry nice ladies whom we are not sexually attractive to. Don't masterbate so often because your wife will never be as tight as your five fingers.
