Hmm... sorry to kind of burst bubble, but if you really need to have sex outside, public toilets are one of the worst places to do so because of hygiene and bacteria, imagine while you get a bj, the amount of stuff that's around you, what's worse is that you don't know if the users are like sick and stuff...

Do play it safer these days, not worth the risk buddy.

Some of my clients have those storage spaces to store wines and alcohol so they are air conditioned, and accessible 24/7.

I've "rented" one of those spaces from my client to do with my FWB when my place isn't available. Only downside is his was a shared storage space so it was in locked cages, can do behind the boxes but people still can see if they enter.

Any decent mall toilet should be very clean but the risk of getting caught is very high.
Ulu malls toilet wont be clean.
Best is go condo toilet, Poly, Uni but watch out for cameras.

I tried before with my gf in one of the storage unit. It was not air condition but no one can see inside if we close the door. The top is open and no cameras. Only along the corridors have cameras.

We wanted to get something from storage and gf also agreed to try bonk inside. So purposely waited until 1am then go over. We knew it would be hot so gf wore a skirt and a spaghetti top. Our storage unit is all the way inside so quite safe. After checking no one around, started to hanky panky inside and finally bonk. It was super quiet and gf have to endure not to make any sound. Whole place can hear if she suddenly moan. It's super hot inside so we were sweating all over.

I strongly recommend the handicap toilets at Star Vista. I have tried there multiple times. It is usually clean and smell pleasant. But don't take too long to finish your deed as the cleaners may drop by to check on the cleaniness.
If you happen to come to the west in the evening, go to Jurong Point, take the lift to level 5 or 6, enter into the ladies, the handicap cubicle is inside. Safe, clean and smell pleasant. Not a single soul will be present.
