SINGAPORE — He first molested a woman who was asleep on an SBS Transit bus, scaring her so badly that she lost control of her bladder. When Ng Hock Chuan was released on police bail, he targeted a 15-year-old girl who lived in the neighbourhood estate where he worked as a cleaner. He was remanded shortly after the incident.
