Assuming they are equals in all other areas, I pick short and busty (C is good enough)

I prefer the short and busty combo personally. I like to be able to hold on to some meat whether it's the boobs, hips or butt when I'm fucking a girl. Also, I find that fucking a shorter girl is easier in terms of overall execution of fucking since I'm just an average height asian dude.
