Putin is now the world #1 nuke czar, with warheads far exceeding US, and missile capabilities far exceeding US, plus newest Borei class subs unmatched globally.

Satan ICBM is rather classic but each missile can nuke 10 independent targets at one lauch, 1200km across Northpole. hundreds of warheads can reach US within 20~30 mins from silo launching, all arriving within the same 15 mins span, far exceeding US interception capacities.

Newer ICBMs that are even harder to track are Topol-M and Yars, lauched from huge trucks or trains, with speed much faster than Satan ICBM, and much more difficult to detect and intercept than Satans.

The Yars carries minimum 4 independent ly targeted warheads, with speed exceeding MACH 20, Topol M single large warhead speed MACH 22.

Their launch trucks can fire from anywhere in Russia, no fixed silo.

Thousands of these warheads can strike USA within the same 5 mins span, their flight time 15~20 mins from launch, shorter time if trajectory used Northpole.

The US interception system would be overwhelmed by multiple fold.

The real ACE is Borei Class nuclear subs, which are carrying 20 Bulava ICBMs @ 6~10 independently targeted warheads.

Borei can sneak to very near Pacific or Altlantc coasts of USA, such that strike time can be just only 1~2 mins from launch, totally no chance to detect or intercept.

The Bulavas can be launched typically 10000km range, also from below polar ice caps.

Each Borei II subs can launch within less than 15 mins all the 20 Bulavas and nuke 200 targets in the US. Just only from one single sub.


US strategic nuke capabilities had deteriorated very badly since end of Cold Wars, from when they were formally world #1 position. Defense Secretary admitted to ultra pathetic states of equipment and moral in US strategic forces. The entire USA is left with only one single last wrench tool that's used for mounting abd dismounting ICBM warheads,a world laughingstock scandal.

Putin, Hujintau n Xijinping on the other hand had rapidly developed missile n nuke technologies surpassing USA in both technologies and quality as well as quantities.

Chinese missile interception tests results exceeded US n Russia. DF21 DF26 DF31 DF41 and dozens of very new and drastically advanced missiles are in Chinese PLA arsons.

The Chinese only openly declared a tiny stock of not exceeding 300 warheads. But Russian s disclosed that their Chinese ally have warhead stocks also exceeding USA.

All these are not yet considered with cruise missiles, especially sub-launched nuke-headed cruise missiles, which are typically 2000~3000km range low flying complicated trajectories, next to impossible to detect and intercept.



A firststrike and counter-counterstrike combination is now very high rate of success against USA. Firststrike have to he a very significantly scalefull one, the bigger scale the better chance of success, by saturation attack, overwhelming the defense interception.

Firststrike must be a powerful knockout to deprive as much as possible the US strength of counterstrike. This is key of success. Prime target of strike must ensure KO the US counterstrike means. Achieved that andvthe subsequent counter-counterstrike will only need to be very small scale, intercept mainly just Tridents from surviving US subs.


As long as Firststrike are fast and surprising enough, there will be quite minimum worries of getting a very strong counterstrike. The more coldblooded the strike plan, the better will be the victory.

US lost completely in their nuke-chicken attitude, that they are the world's biggest cowards fearing nuke war when they are the only bastard who nuked another country.


No other countries in this world is so pussy towards nuke war than fucking USA. At all cost and like nobody else the USA dreams to prevent the world from development and applications of nuke arms. That's why so highly top on the list worldwide, US is the #1 nuke target of all nuke powers. There is no other nuke power wirhout USA within their potential target list regardless of how realistic, it's the inevitable stategic consideration.
