Is those freelance Sex service Legit?

As the title says, I've yet to try those freelance sex services which you usually meet on wechat. those china girls asking you to book them for a price of $100 for 2hrs. But its not $100 in cash, you have to go pay using some other methods using the AXS machine. Is this legit or is this a scam ? need some advise thanks bros !
