Recently had unprotected sex with a friend .
And got a small red spot like pimple on pubic hair region .
Painful when touched and wearing underwear cuz its around the band region .

How to double-confirm whether it's just a normal pimple or a type of STD?
Any recommendations ?

By going to the doctor who will take a culture and send it to a lab.

Probably is due to intense sex, ur friend must be riding you pretty dam hard.
But still get a check up, is safer that way, for you and your friends sake.

Unprotected sex is a risk. Unless u are very sure.
....any slight uncomfort .... start to regret.

Best to do a check up to clear any doubt.

It will not tell you what you have but it will tell you if
You have infection or blood in your urine.
Usually when there is blood - mean STD.
