Is it better to wear or not to wear underwear when you go to sleep?

Recently I notice that I would get more morning erections if I didn't wear underwear at night, than when I did wear it.

Does it make any difference for sexual health?

Well scientifically it has been proven to some point that tight underwear does affect sperm production

The effect of such morning erection is often due to the stimulus of loose clothing sliding constantly over your penis hence it erects naturally

My personal doctor actually advised me before that it is best for guys not to wear their underwear at night especially during sleeping. Mainly because during the night when u r a sleep, ur body parts also sleeps too.. Meaning resting. There are many veins especially ard your groin area near ur scrotum. Research shows dat men who wears underwear at night will likely to have erectile disfunction. After hearing the advice, for the past 20 years I'm only wearing a boxer when I sleep. On top of dat, it is also easy for my OC to mingle with my dick when we are asleep. The choice is urs brother! Cheers.

Morning erection is mostly caused by the pressure of a bladder that has been gradually filled overnight. It is possible that friction against fabric of your clothes or the feel of your bolster could assist in getting an erection.

In warm and humid Singapore, it may be better not to enclose your family jewels in underwear. Sleeping without underwear is not going to be more harmful than wearing underwear 24/7/365 unless you have some perpetually hungry pet cat or dog at home.

If you develop the practice of sleeping without underwear, you may eventually get lucky or luckier than other men who do wear underwear to sleep. Who knows? One day a woman might take a peek and decided she could make your day.

yea.... for me personally, i dont wear underwear @ home. Always wear boxers to slp. Whenever i go out, 80% of the times im wearing boxer. lol! One bad thing is when ur lil bro marikita... its very very obvious! just my point of view~!

Does this question take into account for chronic nocturnal emission (wet dream) sufferers? Back to the question, I think boxers are a good substitute, nothing at all is...well...causes a little insecurity. What if there's a fire?

Believe so too...but on the sidelines heard tat eating mint chocs can oso affect sperm production...dunno how true tis is....so guys try to avoid mint chocs if u can
