Re: Need help
Lots of help out there. Medication (priligy), delay spray, or even wearing thicker condom. These can help a bit. But most important is to keep yourself healthy. Exercise and good diet. You can also try kegel exercise for men.

Re: Need help
bro dragon9000 read through carefully and see whether these will help. you MUST put in effort to solve your sexual problem. it is all in the mind if you have no health problem to affect your sexual problem. 1. Mindfulness Techniques for Premature Ejaculation (PE) Mindfulness is the practice of staying present and fully engaged in the moment, without judgment. It helps reduce anxiety and stress, which are common triggers for premature ejaculation. Mindfulness techniques for PE aim to help men control their arousal levels and become more aware of sensations during sexual activity, rather than being caught up in performance pressure or anxiety. Common Mindfulness Techniques: Breathing Exercises: Deep breathing can help reduce anxiety and keep arousal under control. A common technique is diaphragmatic breathing (or belly breathing), which involves inhaling deeply through the nose, expanding the diaphragm, and exhaling slowly through the mouth. This can be done before and during sex to stay calm and focused. Body Scanning: This involves paying close attention to bodily sensations, starting from the toes and moving up to the head. This exercise can help the person stay in the moment and not become distracted by performance anxieties. Sensory Awareness: Focusing on the physical sensations during intimacy, such as touch or breathing, can help reduce the urge to rush toward orgasm and increase awareness of what is happening in the moment. Mindful Masturbation: Practicing mindfulness during masturbation can help a man get familiar with his arousal level, and it can be used as a tool to develop better control during intercourse. Focus on breathing and sensations rather than reaching climax quickly. How to practice: Set aside time each day to practice mindfulness, even if it's just for 10-15 minutes. Practice mindful breathing or body scanning during sexual activity, focusing on staying present and calm. Over time, mindfulness can help reduce the anxiety around sexual performance, which in turn may help control premature ejaculation. ________________________________________ 2. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Premature Ejaculation CBT is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. The goal of CBT for PE is to reduce anxiety and unhelpful beliefs that contribute to the condition. For example, a man may have negative thoughts like Im always going to ejaculate too soon or My partner will be disappointed, which can create performance anxiety, ultimately exacerbating the problem. How CBT works for PE: Identifying Negative Thoughts: A person learns to recognize and challenge irrational or negative thoughts related to their sexual performance (e.g., fear of failure, worries about not pleasing their partner). Behavioral Techniques: CBT might involve specific exercises to delay ejaculation. These can include the start-stop technique (described below) or the squeeze technique (applying gentle pressure to the head of the penis to stop ejaculation). Relaxation Techniques: CBT can also include relaxation exercises to reduce physical tension and stress, such as progressive muscle relaxation, which can help manage arousal levels. How to practice CBT on your own: Journaling: Keep a journal to track negative thoughts and feelings related to sex. Write down how you feel before, during, and after intimacy, and look for patterns that could be contributing to PE. Challenging Negative Beliefs: After identifying these patterns, challenge negative beliefs by writing more rational, positive alternatives. For example, if you think, I always ejaculate too quickly, reframe it as, I can take steps to improve control and relax more during sex. Gradual Exposure: Gradually expose yourself to situations where you typically feel anxious (e.g., during sexual activity) and practice relaxation techniques or the start-stop technique. This desensitization can help reduce anxiety over time. For serious cases, seeing a therapist trained in CBT is recommended. However, the above methods can be self-implemented for mild cases. ________________________________________ 3. Pelvic Floor Exercises for Premature Ejaculation Pelvic floor exercises (also known as Kegel exercises) can strengthen the muscles responsible for controlling ejaculation. These exercises focus on the muscles that contract during orgasm. Strengthening these muscles can help improve control and delay ejaculation. How to do pelvic floor exercises: 1. Locate the Right Muscles: To identify the pelvic floor muscles, try to stop urinating midstream or tighten the muscles you use to hold back gas. These are the muscles you want to focus on for Kegel exercises. 2. Basic Kegel Exercise: o Contract the pelvic floor muscles and hold for 3-5 seconds. o Relax for the same amount of time. o Do this for 10-15 repetitions in one set. o Aim for 3 sets per day. 3. Advanced Techniques: o Once youre comfortable with basic Kegels, try increasing the duration of the muscle contraction (hold for 10-15 seconds). o You can also try rapid contractions, where you quickly contract and relax the pelvic floor muscles in a rhythmic manner. Tips for Success: Consistency: Pelvic floor exercises need to be done regularly to see results. It may take several weeks to notice an improvement. Mind-Muscle Connection: Pay attention to your pelvic floor muscles while doing the exercises to ensure youre engaging the right muscles. Avoid using your abdominal or buttock muscles. By strengthening these muscles, you can gain better control over ejaculation and improve your sexual confidence. ________________________________________ Additional Approaches: The Start-Stop Technique: This involves stopping sexual activity just before reaching orgasm, waiting until the sensation subsides, and then continuing. Over time, this helps train the body to delay ejaculation. The Squeeze Technique: This involves squeezing the head of the penis just before orgasm to prevent ejaculation. This can be done by the man or his partner. Healthy Lifestyle: Reducing stress, maintaining a healthy diet, and exercising regularly can help reduce anxiety and improve overall sexual health. ________________________________________ Conclusion: Mindfulness techniques help reduce anxiety and enhance sexual awareness. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) can address negative thought patterns and anxiety associated with sexual performance. Pelvic floor exercises (Kegels) can help strengthen the muscles involved in ejaculation control. If the issue persists or is causing significant distress, seeking professional advice from a sexual therapist or urologist might be necessary for a personalized treatment plan. Quote:

Re: Need help
Try tcm. Or do juagen (without release). Less than 1 min in duration but what about frequency? 1 night can do how many times?
You said you use 1B to 3B service. Better stick to 1B now while you train up your duration. Friendlier on the wallet plus mentally you know you are splitting the 3B session into 3 sessions on 1B. Now still have 1B fj service?

Don't give wrong advice. What he needs is priligy and kegel exercises to solve his PE. Nothing to do with erection.
