Just managed to book a return ticket for the price of $148 nett from Jetstar with master card promotion. Travel next June, very good price but must plan the leave schedule inadvance inorder not to miss the trip. Cheers.

Jetstar & Airasia all surcharges are slightly higher than Tiger, approximately less than S$20. But if the price for all the budget air lines cost S$250 per ticket to Bkk, then I would advise to take a full service airline instead of budget airline. Example; SQ"2 to go" promotion, approximately S$350 nett per person. Hope it helps. Cheers.

In my view, it depends, sometimes tigerair has more attractive promotions than jetstar & airasia. Most of my budgeting travelling always with tigerair. Of course, one thing for sure. Inorder to get the cheapest rate, one might need to book the ticket inadvance once the promotion from various budgetairs are launched. Cheers.

Best is to check all 3 airlines before booking.
If last min booking, I will normally fly those normal airline 2 to go promo.

AirAsia and Jetstar is at T1? I know Tiger is at budget terminal which their fare is not that budget lor

Pro & con lor. E.g. I just came back from Cambodia by Jetstar. It's a long long walk at the end of D49 terminal gate during departure. Returning back home, due to the air traffic. The flight I'm in have to turn 3 round in the skyline of S'pore before we could land. (maybe to many international flights arriving at the same time) Again another very long walk to the immigration.
