BTW, I think all those enhancement creams are not real - check the Internet for complaints. I think most contain medicines similar to the raw components of viagra and cialis, which make it longer than normal. If you are excited enough, the same length could be obtained naturally. As for those mechanical penile extenders, I remember a documentary saying that it does not help much, less than 1cm.
