if you venture from serene garden in the direction towards the domes, up some slope, there's one highest point, where you can see the meadow. a lot of high bushes/hedges there... that spot. very quiet and deserted

Reminded me about Kranji Park. NS time had an overnight training here where we set up a high frequency signal system to try to comms back to HQ. Saw some NS police guys on night duty. Easy to get along as all of us were serving NS.
