Something that caught my interest when i was in Batam,hehehe...behind Formosa Hotel is Formosa Residence (a residential building under construction),and across the road from thereon is Citra Plaza,hehehe...formosa residence is too expensive at about S$92k plus onward,this one looks pretty affordable.

Citra Plaza Tower One completion date is 2020 tho (hearsay from online).
