actually, not sure also... but sometimes... the staff also cannot be trusted 100%... they may try to cover up such incidents...

but I've witnessed SR raided before... they simply get all the PRC gals to go out of the HC and have kopi at the stalls opposite... after the "officials" left, they will all go back and continue to work... so, raid kena like no big deal.

think risk of raid is the same for all HCs... if you wanna go to such places, you must be able to accept the risk...

but having said so, the risk is more on the WLs, not on the cheongsters... usually, AV comes, just dress up and wait for them to complete their checks. however, if you are actually caught "in action", I know that in SG, your particulars will be taken and you may be summoned to be witness when they prosecute the gal... but other than that, we are not liable for any charges...
