This year West Lake Expo begins 18 Oct 2003.
There are limited sits this year so I have problem getting Bros free meals and accommodations.
Anyway, those who wish to can pay me a visit in HGH for a good round of Cheonging.

I hope this is not a stupid question but has anyone been to a KTV at Hong Qiao called "Shanghai Tang" - ie Shanghai Bund. I don't have the address as I have not been there.

Can vouch for "Wan Zhi Qian Hong" though on the FR posted by PuTonRen.

Was recommended the place by someone. Any bros been there before ? Will be in SHA end Oct and would be happy to meet up with other bros there.

Well was there a couple of times and most of the time I am seeing boyz and gals acting as if they are foreigners.
Sick of Chinese trying to be 'Ang Mo's. Nearly bash one some time ago when I was there. Saw him again when I was there, and the waiters immediately knew he sort of back off after seeing me.

Used to frequent there when I first came to Shanghai.....Still remembered it was 3 weeks in Shanghai and I was really "hungry".....Checked out the joint with my friend and was quite pissed off with the membership system...Basically all the tables were "reserved" so we had to stand around the bar counter like chumps....There was quite a crowd....could find many pretty lasses on the dancefloor.....But most of them are there to unwind...we tried hitting on some, but they are not very receptive....though we each managed to get some to dance with us and make some small talk....Beyond that...limited success...So me and my friend split into seperate ways and seek our own quarry....I was sipping my drink keeping a lookout when I caught a glance of two gals dancing about 10 feet away....One of them looked so much like the Chinese actress Gong Li and she was obviously making eye contact with me...Smiled at her and just went straight up to her without thinking....Asked her for a dance before we adjourned for drinks at the restaurant wing adjoining the dance floor.... Talked cock for a while...found out she had just arrived from Jiang Su and will be staying in Shanghai for a couple of days.....Real innocent looking and I almost thought she could make GF material....After the fun and dance....offered to give her and her friend a ride home....My friend was then busy cowing two other gals so we went off without him.....Hopped into the cab and just when the cab was exiting Fu Xing garden....Gal whispered into my ears and asked me whether should we dump her galfriend on the road and go our way....I kind of got the message so I just gave her friend some bucks for a ride home....What happened next is predictable......Was a little disappointed when this gal turned out to be pro....But what the fuck...Went to Park 97 looking for a fuck and I got a fuck....at least I managed to get a fix ....Very good and wholesome looking....but sian one half when she took off her clothes and reveal her black top and white grandma panties......Gal cost me 1300RMB....FJ/BJ was nothing to shout about...pissed off when she kept hurrying me....After the job done just asked her to fuck off....Got her # but cannot be bothered to call her for RTF.....

All in all, I would say Park 97 is a place where u can pick up pros if you are sharp enough....occasionally you do get approached but the quality is normally un-boinkable....But the membership thingy really sucks...haven't been to there since the SARs episode ended....

Most of the 97 gals are pro. Those who are not will need a little time to bed. Definitely not the ONS. Maybe you get lucky after going for a while seeing the same old faces. The damage will be accumulative.
Better get a FL and bonk. If going for GF materials, we have to search else where.
I will share with you the next time I am in town. Maybe pass you a few contacts for bonk in HGH.
