30kg is a lot lar... Once u build up your size, 30kg is just less than half of yr body wt if u weighs 80kg. Correct form is impt too...😁😁 just like bonking,.. Haha |

doing tons of reps doesn't result in muscle gains. it's like how marathon runners look like sticks and sprinters look buff.
for muscle hypertrophy, the optimum rep range is 8-12 reps. i dont follow those over-sized bodybuilders like phil heath, kai greene, etc. examples of aesthetic physiques in my opinion are zyzz, lex griffin, lazar angelov, greg plitt, etc

do build great biceps, you can do weighted chins..plus it build huge lats too
don't need to do isolations purposely.. and the distribution of growth is much more even. your delts/lats/biceps/triceps and all those tiny muscles inbtwn will grow making you more jacked!

Today's work out
Warm up - 1 x 6 bw pull up 3 X Superset 1x 3 bw pull ups 1x 5 25 kg overhand last pulls on cable pulley Accessories 2 x 60 kg close grip underhand lat pull down Cardio 3 hrs of hip thrusters Note - Body didnt feel 100% plus have to feed a bonobo later. Decided to go light today and go all out on friday.
