I brought 2 jap to Dyn classic and that is the price they quoted...non nego.

Of course foreigners go by themselves would be much higher....

Non nego is all crap, there had been history of quoting 400 for ST but still managed to get it at 150

Its all how u bargain with them, but never do it in the room
Call them outside without having to need a cut for the PP n MMs

but if foreigner, then they hv no such priviledge to do such, as the no of days in singapore is limited, today dun book, tmr fly back to hor lan liao....
