Try to lower the prices than previous rates or firmly stick to the previous rates if possible. Don't believe in covid times are bad and try to help etc or no girls around whatever nonsense. If they don't take your business just walk off and find others. If they come back then u further reduce the price cause they are desperate and that is when u punish them for not taking up the first offer.

From the photos, Balai is a ghost town to certain extend. No more ferry going there from Singapore and Malaysia, villa is deserted, top hotel Aston has shut down. Balai vice and tourism is dead. Most Indonesian from other islands don't go there for leisure, in fact they don't know where is Tg Balai.

Checked with one okt agent uncle today he told still not open, he will message me once girls available

Batam has already fully open to fully vaccinated foreign visitors and book joints there still remain closed. Tg Balai has not yet fully reopen to foreign visitors, I doubt villas there will be reopening anytime soon. However, base on my cewek who is still staying in Tg Balai (renting a room outside) , one of the villa there has reopen but only 4 ceweks working there. Also Aston is the only major hotel which still stay open at the moment. I also heard that ferry service between Malaysia and Tg Balai has already resume but until today still no direct ferry service from SG.

I'm at TBK now, staying at Maxi Hotel. Yup the spa, ktv still open.

UPDATE on maxi: 1 fishy staff try to open my room door, then i open the door he said if i have any problem with the door or not. I never call the reception about any door problem 🤬

Will go check in at Aston after this 😂
