how come some places kenna raid, and the next day new FL move in and they start working again. Don't they close down the place?

Looks like raid on PPC Ctr very serious. Tried to make apt but my regular advise me not to go. Got her for outcall service finally. First time it happened.

All this caused by our ICA,Singapore is such a small country.Entry Visa is free with 60days.Per entry is mostly 30days and can be extended to 60days.What is the need for them to stay in Singapore for so many day?I singaporean go China per entry only given 14days.The country is so big yet only 14days and need to extend evey 14days.Now do all this raid is wasting our tax payers money.
