I hope LTD will go back to the drawing board and rethink their pricing strategy. High price good come with high expectations so better make sure can deliver before setting the price.

Sms Rachel this morning, received a sms only after lunch saying that she accept booking start at 2pm. I booked for 3pm. At 1.45pm i notice that her and poppet ad has been taken down, and at that time I am on the way there, I check with her and she call TS and inform me that they are doing some ad arrangement. I reach there about 2.10pm. Since I am there early, I call her where is the place, she told me she is free and ask me to walk in from the main road, she will alert me. But I cant see her so I give her a call again, she told me that TS inform her last mins to stop accept customer, including poppet as well. Trip wasted. But save 130. Hope TS can explain on this incident!!
