Don't understand why people criticize this place so much. every location got their pros and cons. for me, the pros for tenet are:

1) All locals
2) Less crowded not like bluwave
3) chance to get exotic races from sabah/sarawak, malay speaking. Interesting and different experience, also not available in other joints as far as i know.
4) Massage plus FJ, full service. Massage so far the few ladies I have tried they are pretty good, much better than the lousy 'massage' service offered by PRC massage joints that only give you HJ, for the same price!
5) Rooms are clean, they recently renovated I think, when i went last month.
6) Value for money. RM158 I believe is the standard price.

Cons
