Silver cab is more commonly used by bro hawkeye. If i am already in a hotel, I would just hail any private taxi and bargain from thereon (and would take ojek if I am alone). A&W pricing should be typo.

Although cheap, they still follow foreign food pricing. Only when you eat Indonesian food then really affordable.

Agreed... I'm sure most of you know that Wendy's has also opened an outlet in Nagoya Hill. The pricing there is exorbitant; I think it's more expensive than Singapore, which is absolutely ridiculous...

I ate there once and I refuse to go back there anymore.

Hmm...come to think of it,1st of June is a public holiday in Indonesia,which is in a way linked to a weekend to become a long weekend. Not going to affect much on cheonging but well,i am guessing Batam may be crowded.

Ramadan fasting month + Singapore school holiday + Public holiday long weekend in Indonesia + Payday beginning

9th and/or 10th of June should be mid Ramadan.
