More and more spa licence been issue out. Nowadays even hdb area also have. Which spa is clean or clean turn dirty , AV know better than us la .Places that getting too hot chances of raid is higher. Who knows maybe they rece the spa being paid by us ( tax payer). The more spa the merrier for them if not all inside office shake leg liao. Just chiong safely.
