how they catch you in condo? shouldn't someone open the door so they can come in? or did they break in?

I think it should be said that AV are out to catch the MLs and their "pimps", not the customers. I don't think i have ever come across any news that a cheongster was charged. So whilst i fully agree that it is not a pleasant experience (i kana once before long long ago) but just remain calm and know that they are there for u. They just need ur help to charge them. Of course they will try to scare u into cooperating in order for them in order to get ur witness account. So just stay chill. For me, i walked in WHILE the raid was on going. So they ask me like why i go there, have i been there before, how i got to know this shop and i just say i happen to walk in and was my first time there. So they let me go after they took down my particulars. But nothing after that.

Touch wood, I never kena before but my own logic is that if AV wanna catch people in the act, they will raid during hot timing (after work hours 6pm-10pm). So I always felt afternoon like 1-3pm is the safest time because no customer, AV raid also cannot find evidence to charge the ML/pimps.
Just my 2 cents, I always take afternoon slots when the shops are super quiet.

way before they raid a premise, they would have studied the movements of characters who come and go. Who are the WLs, how many staying in that unit? What is the traffic? who owns the business? In the first place, the whorehouse must be of significant value to the dragnet before AV would even bother -- either AV suspects there are other illegal activities going on concurrently, eg drug consumption or trafficking, human trafficking, or the pimp is a wanted figure. AV doesn't go after the odd fellows, or Jane doe who operates alone. Why waste their resources? When they raid, they are sweeping up networks and cartels, not going after one or two chickens.

Actually there is no Cat 3. Its just a term '三号店' used frequently in massage industry by the ML and us as customer. You go to spf website, there is only Cat1 and Cat 2 establishments which are regulated by spf.
There there is TCM which fall under the jurisdiction of MOH. This widely termed Cat 3, 三号店.
The One secret Spa that is advertise here, i have not been to as travelling to Serangoon is very inconvenient for me. I know it is a fuck shop. I check biz directory, they are registered as 'beauty services' so massage is illegal if they did not apply to spf. If you do not need to register ic before entry, then its tell tale sign they no apply to spf for massage license. anyway its fuck shop leh... so it is illegal anyway
