Don mind i join in this conversation. I am like u...a new bird in this viet scene. My experience imho, is totouch them with ur sincerity...learning the language is good. I just met my girl 2 weeks ago, now money is not a problem (yet!), she need money she find her customer, buy top up card, she will ask her customer, handphone also she don want (heng ah...), no shopping even.. After work we just meet, eat, talk enjoy each others company, if not too tired come my house....very peaceful and simple.

On my part, i try to see her everyday, no matter how tired, bring her to eat, basically i use sincerity and as all bros knows, flowery words are a big NO NO if u want to impress them. Keep it simple and sincere!

I am happy though we both know its gonna be hard for us to be together always...but live day by day....wat will be will be.

2 weeks is very short...but 24hours x 14 days...ok la...enuf. Just enuf.

Can we rekindle the discussions on Vietnamese lessons?? I hope to learn from u guys simple words like..sleeping, yes, no, are u hungry, what u feel like eating, lets take things slowly...Bro Lament...? ur advise is very much appreaciated!

hmmm... for those with gals there that you can take care of, make sure they know your hp nos by heart so if really tio police they can contact you from police station... also make sure you know how to write their real full name, in english at least.

well... wish that u found a good catch but u are only in the honeymoon phase ...... this is often the case initially so take your time because like i said 6 months is the minimum needed to find the right gal ...just take it slow ....

if help needed just let me know .... i be around to help in smooth transition into vietnamisation .....

no = khong
are u hungry = em doi buon khong (pronounced as "em doi bon ####")
what u feel like eating? = em muon an gi (pronounced as "em moon ang yi/z")

gi pronounced as "yi" if gal from south and "z" if from north.
