Their massage parlours are called 三溫暖. You go in, wash up, soak in the hot pool and suana. Then when you are ready, you go to the lounge where there is a mamasan who will ask if you want a massage. There is some food in the lounge if you are hungry. If you say yes, the mamasan will lead you to a room and a middle aged lady will give you a very reasonable massage (haven't had an issue with a poor massage). Not all will offer FJ.
