Then it depends whether she is on S-pass, or Work permit. WP holders cannot get pregnant in Singapore - this is the reason why they must go for their 6-monthly checkups. If found to be pregnant, then their pass will automatically be cancelled.

S-pass holders and above (EP. PEP)can get pregnant in Singapore, no consequences there.
