i love it when samsters/cheongsters always talk big on buying land/house/condon in apartment..u guys seem to forget , majority of u all are just to cheong only LAH.. dun talk cock on buying house/condo, what laws etc etc..

In SG, foreigners oso cannot directly buy landed property or own land. HDB oso got racial quota. Anyway, I oso not eligible 2 "buy" HDB housing, whether direct or re-sale, whether I'm married or single.

errrr...I not eligible 2 "buy" HDB in SG, whether I'm married or single leh. I juz finished my project in BKK, but still staying in BKK now leh. I'm oso far from marrying any Thai gal leh. If I dun buy or own any property (anywhere on this planet), I'll be like a homeless dog or wanderer leh, so if dun consider or tink of buying property, then how?

Know the law but got no $$$ how to buy. Yes compare to SG Thai property is cheap but SG can use CPF pay leh. Sinkees mostly no cash especially samsters who spend all their $$$ on cheonging.

aiya, nevermind lah. He Thai expert, while I still learning the ropes leh. As I had posted lor, I still need quite some info from him, if he can enlighten me, ie, knowledge about Thai laws/regulations on property, investment, finance, etc etc. I oso not as clever as him leh, until now, I can barely speak Thai, while his Thai seems so fluent!!!

But my SG CPF acct got S$0 inside, so even if I eligible, how 2 "buy"? If wanna consider buying private property, of course buying in many other countries is cheaper & more, if not much more, comfortable leh!!!!

I dun like driving in BKK's traffic condition, oh, by the way, wat makes u tink I have driving licence? I prefer 2 take the subway/metro, avoid traffic jams.
