Don't be silly. Many VN gals think that if they take Tiger Airways, sure get refused entry. So they started to take Vietnam Airlines and Singapore Airlines, thinking that if they spend more money, sure can enter. But still refused entry. If they wish to refuse entry to a person, even if she takes SQ Business Class to Singapore, will be still refused entry. Many Singaporean man think that their VN gf is not WL, why refused entry all the time? There are some things that your VN gf will not tell you.

I agree that this is most likely the case. Come on. Where do you know your viet gal anyway? FL or KTV? It is clearly obvious that they are here to earn an income and thus rejected. Actually, I don't mind short term visitors here in SG, but I hate the fricking FTs which our dear Government claims to import in by the boatloads....

Yo Mr SingViet, it is my friend VN gf, reason why i puzzled is if she is caught for illegal whoring in singapore should be refused entry totally but there are times which she try to come in and was given 1 week stay.

Some background on my fren vn gf, she have marry a singapore man before and now undergoing separation with her ex-husband. She and her husband marry less than 1 yr and so could not divorce, only can file for separation.

My fren met her in singapore when she was working in nails shop. She got an employment pass, but after her employment pass expire, fail to renew and have difficulties coming in to singapore.

Of course i do not rule out some viet girl like to part time whoring but after she become my fren gf, she quit her job and been staying with my fren in his house doing housework , cooking and taking care of his aged parents, leaving her no much time to go out. To me she should be labelled as the type trying to get a singapore husband for benefit rather than come here whoring to earn money.

This is very true, so long as they manage to get their name into to so call ICA record book for whatever reason, be it legally or illegally future entrance into Singapore will be rejected. ICA rather kill all than let one go off the hook. No need to ask for reason, they wouldn't give you any either.

Married less than one year is not divorce. More annulment of marriage under law. If go for separation, means 3 min years. Does not make sense.

And why did she got married in first place? Want pr? In short there are a lot of hidden issues. Anyway like other bros said, go into ica data base for short marriage liao chances for re-entry or even ltvp is damm low or close to zero.

once a marriage is consummated...cannot annul any marriage...still file for separation and wait for 3 years before can divorce...

I only know that in singapore if marry less than 1 year, not allow to divorce, only can filed for separation. 3 years separation really a very long time. As for what reason want married at first place and why want divorce...it is always a 1 side story so no point mentioning.

Family Court has changed the SOPs so what was applicable last year may have changed this year.
