Was in Boracay in Jan. I agree that there is no real p4p scene, but tons of japanese, korean, taiwanese around. And they seem to be easier to get free fuck than in their home country. Since they are on vacation and they know you will go away haha.
Do go on the pub crawl, if nothin more you can just go around and wechat add the girls you see in pub crawl to meet later. I met a 18/yo SYT from taiwan that way..
