Rates as at 1400hr (12/02/2012) at Suntec area (money changer near convention centre, fountain money changer and in esplanade exchange): All 24.20.

For comparison purpose, at the same times (based on website) Super Rich in Bangkok is offering 24.25 ($1000 notes) and 24.15 ($2-$100 notes) and UOB Thialand is offer 23.91.

Guess, its better to change in Singapore than to change in Thailand.

Actually unless u chg big time, it does not really make a v big diff. But for info, I usually chg in Sg as I USUALLY find the rates better.
