This area is quite ulu. Used to have some bbs on the streets just behind the Walmart street. Not sure if it still there.

Or just visit the suana or ktv in 恒丰hotel which will cost more but higher end.

I think every places should have. I only know cheap near Lou hu Chun and Shui Wei Chun and Huang Bei Lin Chun

My best bet is ask taxi driver to bring. All of them know some nice cheap place.

bro vwoo is right.. for people not familiar with the bbs scenes in SZ, consulting taxi drivers or your hotel bell boy are two solutions you can try.. just make up some casual chats about the recent yanda (even if there was none) and say how hard it is to have fun for foreigners like you, slowly lead them to share with you their kangtaos..
