Hi members,
I intent to go Cambodia in February and so I did some research to see what I must do with regards to travelling during these covid period.

These are the informations I got :-
(1) According to ICA latest travel advisory dated 28 Dec 2021, all fully vaccinated citizens are allowed to travel overseas. No need to apply.

Procedures to travel from Singapore to Cambodia :-
(i) Present a medical certificate certifying a negative COVID-19 test not longer than 72 hours prior to departure by a recognised authority in his/her home country;
Provide a valid vaccination certificate listing the make of vaccine and date(s) of vaccination.

(ii) On arrival at Cambodia airport, Take an on-arrival antigen rapid test and wait about 15 to 20 minutes for the result at the port of entry. Once a negative result is obtained, the traveller can proceed with his/her itinerary as planned without further quarantine.

*Purchase of COVID-19 medical insurance from Forte Insurance (https://www.forteinsurance.com) is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged."

Hence, from 7 January 2022, 2359 hours (Singapore time), all non-VTL travellers entering Singapore from Category II (non-VTL), III and IV countries will no longer be required to undergo a COVID-19 PCR test on-arrival.

(5) Can you use medisave to pay your medical bills if you test positive upon returning to Singapore?

The answer is yes, you can use yr medisave .
All travellers will be subject to the prevailing border measures upon entry to Singapore, including payment for their stay at dedicated SHN facilities and tests, where applicable. All Singapore Citizens (SCs), Permanent Residents (PRs), and Long-Term Pass Holders (LTPHs) will be able to tap on regular healthcare financing arrangements for their COVID-19 treatment should they have onset of symptoms within 14 days of their return to Singapore and require hospital admission for suspected COVID-19 infection – SCs and PRs may access Government subsidies, and MediShield Life (MSHL) / Integrated Shield Plan (IP) coverage; LTPHs may tap on their usual financing arrangements, such as private insurance2

Is PP really cheap?
I just read from another forum that bargirls at 13x st are mostly quoting from $70 for ST. An Angmo nego to 50 n gotten dead fish service.
Yet a friend in Bangkok now easily got 1000B freelancers nego from 1500 n gotten good services.

Bros do take note that Cambodia dealing is in USD and Thailand is in Baht. So the amount u must factor in conversion rate. 1000 baht maybe like $40 and $50 USD is like almost $70

So Cambodia might not necessarily be cheaper than Thailand. I just like that Cambodia speaks English more often and I think their language more than Thai. Is a personal preference.

However, from what I know. If at the bar I can get ST at USD30-40 and LT at $50-70 depending on the hour you bring them back. If it is early of course they have to factor in the opportunity costs and charge higher If it is near closing then of course cheaper. It is not so direct to play so I set quite a high budget myself. For example if I go to bars at 9 pm. The longer I drink inside, the more ladies drink I am going to buy for the girls I like. This is sort of income for her too and she can hit the quota for the bar she works in. Therefore, she will accept a lower rate. If you bring her back like 11 pm, most likely only ST cause LT she will charge higher cause opportunity cost. Don't forget u have to pay bar fines of $5-15 USD cause the bar also wishes her to bring in customers who buy ladies' drinks.

I got to know some really kind and good girls. We will often drink from 11 pm till about 1 am plus and chat about life. Of course, I will buy ladies drinks for her. Then I want to bring her back LT, she will charge me like $50-$60 only cause it is closing soon. She even tell me to go back hotel first, she will come and find me after closing to avoid bar fines. Sometimes, if closing time, can nego to avoid the bar fines. Then she will stay till afternoon and even ACC me go hotel BF. My guess is their home must be in really bad shape so they rather stay longer in a hotel than go back home. After that must find ways to ask them go back. If not they will try to bring you to go shopping and see see and must spend on shopping one. Usually, just cook up some excuses got work to do still must factor in the extra $5 cab fee back,

For KTVs, there are local and foreign girls, their rates are quite different. Nevertheless from what bro AGENTA quote the price is still cheaper and you are getting the cream of the crops.

So it is still much better than what you bros are paying now in SG. Go drinking pay 17% more, forced to buy food, forced to give ridiculous tips, no singing, got time limit for drinking, worry of raids, drinks are very expensive, must promise what minimum spending, girls are recycled and old plus ugly, pay $100 for run around, $300 for booking. Then bring happy maybe ST $600 and LT $1000???? What kind of prices are our bros paying and what are you all getting from it???? Don't short change urself bros. Please respect urself and money is hard to earn. Why I say respect urself, cause even after you all spend like this already, they still treat u all as shit giving substandard services.

Seem that booking girls in PP not as good value as in Tanjong Balai or Batam. In Tanjong Balai, I paid RP7 million(including RP4 million tips) on booking a girl for 3 days. I can fuck her raw unlimited times and she stays with me days and nights throughout the period. For me Indonesia is easier to get food as well since i don't eat pork. I have to find food without pork which is easy to get in Indonesia. Thailand was expensive, i went to Bangkok in 1999, paid B3000 for ST. I'm surprise to hear that after over 20 years price has drop to B1000. The problem is Indonesia government refuse to open up borders with Singapore because PAP government has rejected Indonesia government request to set up VTL between Singapore, Batam and Bintan several months ago.

Bros, Cambodia is absolutely ruined by Chinamen la. I dunno where these people get their money from but everything is jacked up becasue of them. If go high class KTV, Viet n Thai girls cost more then USD 350 to take back. Dun say China girl..that one at least USD 600. 1 box of beer I think USD 70 ++?

I go local KTV, sit down fee also about USD 50 already. Last time no need sit down fee. Just tip what u feel. I remember the place I went last time charge me USD 2.50 for sit down fee I already complain. At least 1 box is about USD 50. Change not as much as last time.

If i'm certain when would Indonesia government reopen borders for Singaporean, i would rather wait. Batam and Balai mainly cheong by Singaporean and Malaysian, not China bastards, cost of getting girls not ridiculous high. I am thinking of going to Cambodia now because after 2 long years of waiting, still no indication that Singaporean can resume going to Batam to cheong. Going to Cambodia is less complicated, just need to do one PCR test within 72 hours before departure and one ART upon arrival, only returning back to Singapore very costly, need to take VTL flight ( not available now, can't be sure will be available after Jan 20 or not), do multiple PCR and ART tests. Most countries still classified Singapore as high risk infection zone, reluctant to allow Singaporean to enter their borders without quarantine requirement, can't be help.

Is PP also greatly affected by them?

Like I say bros. Don't believe what u see on the internet. You have to go and experience urself. I do not believe in whatever price they state. I will still offer the old price and even lower. If I cannot meet their demand is ok I will pass. I am sure what i am seeing around the world now. Who in the right frame of mind will want to spend money like that now. I am also sure that they will not miss opportunity to earn money too. No matter what we offer, it is still higher than their locals. So to them maybe not the highest they are can from CHINA man but at least better than nothing. Come on think about their locals. If that is really true. The locals should just go kill themselves cause they are never going to make the cuts and their girls will forever no choose them cause the disparity is too great between their own locals and the guys from CHINA and etc.

Yeah CHINAMAN ruined their sihanoukville. They are the pests of the world. Actually you all can go and watch one Youtube video made by their own CHINA MAN. Initially, Cambodia and China agreed to more trades and etc. Then because of them some despicable CHINAMAN see the opportunity and start to open up gambling industry which their own country ban. They screwed up the locals and even their own countrymen. They hired those who got past histories like go prison and etc to work in CAMBODIA gambling industry to try and scam people online gambling etc. They even abuse their own countrymen, confiscating their passports, trapping them in apartments where the food and accommodation costs are so high and run by those bosses relatives etc to rip off those poor fellows. Those poor fellows cannot escape and being exploited there by their own countrymen. End up a lot of problems occurred like violent and etc. They also put inflation upon the own Sihanoukville. Eventually, the government step in and combine with China to wipe out all these gambling places. Peace has returned and i think things are slowly getting back to normal. Imagine if this goes on how the locals will feel.

So right now after this covid, things are totally restart from new. Please go there and start to pay lower and more closer to their locals rate. Do not go and buy into the girls' request of paying higher for them cause they are poor now etc. They will want to get back the old inflated rate. Please people now everything reset. Don't go and self inflate the rates again.

Finally I want to F the Chinamen, they are always the problems. Go where also create problems. Go people country don't respect their cultures, go buffet like months never eaten before, go anywhere also want to haolian spend more, always wanna be the top and the boss. Very sick of them.

If not because of China bastards, in fact i don't view China Chinese as human, i view them as China pigs, Singaporean still can travel freely anywhere except to China. China CCP government has concealed the Covid outbreak at the initial, continue to allow their citizens to travel abroad, probably deliberately spreading the virus worldwide. If they have impose travel ban at the initial stage, only China Chinese suffer the pandemic, only China pigs die of Covid, no border closure outside China just like the beginning of 2020, i can still continue going to Batam and Balai to cheong. 2 years cannot cheong, all because of China fault. So if China citizens get abuse overseas, whether by their own countrymen or foreigners, i don't sympathy them at all, they deserve to be ill treated.

My feelings exactly. I have met some Chinamen bosses who are educated and are nice and professional. So I won't say all like that. The problem is these people we meet are probably from the rural areas or have a bit of position in their company so they behave like boss.

Anyway, to be honest, I super long never go riverside at PNH already. Last time I was there was USD 50 to bring a girl back. This was B4 the China invasion. Nowadays I dunno. BUT I was in Sihanouk and a friend brought me to a local KTV, he brought a local girl back and she asked for USD 150. He had to bargain to bring it down. Agreed price was USD 100. In Sihanouk, all the KTVs have different girls. Like I said. Sit down already USD 150. Bring back at least USD 350. These are Thais and Viets. It's madness.

Recently in PP I also go to a pub. Knn. There also have Thai girls. Same price. I can't remember but was about 120 to sit and 350 to bring back. Ar gar ar gar about there la.

But when bros come u won't want Viet or Thais right? Seow. These can get in SG or we can travel to their homeland. Don't talk about China. Thats even more crazy.

The best thing u need when you come Cambodia I feel is you need a local to bring you to those local places. Still can find those restaurants to eat and can choose girl wan. Went to 1 in Wednesday. Girl tip is like USD 10. She sit down eat and drink with you whole night until you leave. I am quite sure these girls cam bring back becasue my friends we exchanging Wechat with them. And 1 of them, when I went 2nd round with him, was receiving messages from the girl earlier. I dunno how much though, but if I guess should be USD 100 or below ba. That's really the cheapest I think.

I do know of the Geylang areas in Cambodia. U know those sit in house type. Those are like USD 40 or below. Last time USD 20..but nowadays u know la, all increase leow.

Probably i've to rethink my plan of going to Cambodia to cheong. USD$350 for booking a girl is ridiculous in third world country. Why paying so much to fly there and yet paying so much to take girl ? Probably it is better to wait for Indonesia government to reopen borders for Singaporean. Few China pigs know Batam or Balai except those who have already stay in either Singapore or Malaysia for long period of time. However as i know most China pigs who go to Balai or Batam to cheong are WP holders here, they have to apply for Visas for going to Indonesia and they are budget travelers who don't have high spending power. So price of booking girls overnight there not going ridiculously high. Their costumers are basically Singaporean or Malaysian, some Singaporean or Malaysian may spend like idiots by pampering them with cash and gifts, but not many, not spoiling the market too much. As far as i know (pre Covid, never go there for 2 years), the most it cost to book a girl overnight there was RP3 million, however majority of them can get between RP1 million to RP1.5 million for overnight booking, I usually stay for 3 to 4 nights per trip there and spend below SGD$2000 for everything.
