im into the barefoot thing.. flow/chi running...85 kg brute sucks badly at endurance sports, that's why I prefer to do intervals and dancing for cardio.

Not sure if I got the terms right, but seems like you are more into toning and bodyweight workouts.

Have you tried other forms of group exercises? Especially those from Les Mills?
bodycombat and spinning are my favorite.

I use to do double sessions, for example bodycombat +TRX or spinning+TRX. Can't do so now due to work.

I tried lesmilss body combat today.... Just got a bit tired, didn't have that kinda muscle soreness I was craving for...
