Bro shy, ICA MUST issue the notice of refusal of entry to all who are not allowed to enter Singapore. This is ICA system. There is a possibility that the recipient of such notices did not keep it with them due to their fright of being repatriated soon as a result, thought that they have no such notice.

Do you recall any important information stated inside the Notice of Refusal of entry from your recollection since you have sighted it before? Do share with fellow bros.

Bro shy is correct to say that asking ICA or calling em on your own will not get you this Notice of Refusal of Entry subsequently. This is often released when requested by the lawyer representing the person in an appeal to come back in following the repatriation.

I had a vietnam friend who experienced that, suppose to land in budget terminal at 12pm, waited for her but never come out, subsequently at night 7pm plus she call me say she back to HCMC already.

recently a number of such cases, maybe GE coming.

Guys, BAD news for me. I have applied for LTVP for my viet wife and it was rejected...

Summary of events:
1. My wife got send back abt 1.5yrs ago
2. I appealed ard last year Dec once and successfully brought her back to ROM with me in Singapore on March
3. She went back to Viet to prep our customary while waiting for the result of the LTVP application
4. LTVP aplication just got rejected.

** I dont know the reason why I am rejected. Is it becos my wife went back to Viet instead of waiting for the result in Singapore?? Cos 1 of the criteral is to have a valid stay in Singapore.

Now I donno what to do. Really need ur guys help now. Go down to ICA and appeal or bring my wife back to Singapore and re-submit the application with a new DE card provided she is allow to enter Singapore??

Apply fir a visa and bring your wife back first. If this also fails, you need professional help from a lawyer to appeal for a visa.

By going back whilst waiting for the outcome of the LTVP pass, this may have affected her chances somewhat. ICA gives an extension to an applicant to stay in Singapore whilst waiting for the outcome of the LTVP application. Going back is against the norm for those who wait patiently in Singapore for the outcome.

The issue 1.5 years ago need to be addressed as well.

LTVP appeal normally are approved on account of a marriage.

Do consider professional help as the proper appeal done now would improve her chances of getting PR later.

This happens to those country with multiple flights on the same day. ICA's policy is next available flight to deport or repatriate.

BRO, You have to COMPLETE all formalities and recieve the LTVP before your wife leave the country .. once she leave, it is consider that you all forgo the application .... the current application tags to the current DE Card ...

If can leave the country after submission, My wife long long also got the card ... I paid all the extension fees only did not carry further because my wife wants to go back VN to give birth ...

She already allowed to come in and ROM so it got nothing to do with her sending back 1.5 yrs ago. My wife friends also banned from entering SIngapore for 2 yrs, after constant appealing like yourself, she was allowed to comes in and ROM, now already a 1 Year LTVP holder ... AS for PR, well maybe they might consider the send abck 1.5 yrs ago ...

SO going to Lawyer and help you appeal won't solve the problem .. maybe subsequently if PR fails, well , maybe you can get lawyer help but then if your personal MERIT fails , top lawyer also cannot help you.

Yes , I agree .... it will be on the EARLIEST possible flight .....

ANd it happens because now flight can't seems to be Full ... Tiger got 3 flights unlike Jetstar 2 flights and Lion Air 1 flight ... SIA 2 flights and Vn 2 flights ...

Many girls got send back in Budget Terminal as compare to Terminal 1 ... Thats why no many girls come here on Tiger ....

Less on Lion Air because of $200 to be paid at HCMC Airport, and it has to be collected at Termnal COunter upon exiting. IF send back then this $200 will be forfeited.
