Bro, don't get anything duty free from SG. Not that the Customs here don't allow it, in fact they hardly ever check, but anything you buy from DFS, its probably half the price or less here in PP, from any reputable retail shops here, non-duty free.

Just a few examples - Marlboro costs USD11 here, a 1L bottle of JW Black about USD25-28. I smoke Winston Light, USD5.30 a carton, retail. My fav whiskey (spelled with a 'e' because it's Irish), USD 15 but it was USD 11.50 beginning of the year before the tax crackdown. There are of course some fakes, you might have notice I mention reputable. Anyway, you get the idea.

Bros going to Phnom Penh must be very careful of snatch thief. Dun think u take taxi, tutu, walking or with a group of guys is safe, once u kena aim. Good luck to u. Dinner were at these few restaurants. Reasonable price and food is good.
Pho Paris Restaurant and Hotel, located at No 43, ST 86, back end of Phnom Penh Hotel, Nice Viet noodle. Dim Sun Emperors, located at Central Market, corner of ST 130, Good Dim Sun chef from Guangzhou. Tai Tai Restaurant, a seafood restaurant, located at No 282E1, Preah Monivong blvd.

Food: Cantonese food i try that i think is nice and worth trying.
1) Sam doo restaurant - 58 Kampuchea Krom Boulevard, Phnom Penh, Cambodia - Good for wanton mee
2) lao di fang, Old place seafood restaurant - suckling pig - Old Place Seafood Restaurant, 403-405 Preah Monivong blvd Phnom Penh, Cambodia 11.562210, 104.919632

Almond Hotel, really good, relaxed Cantonese meal. Damage $42 + $2 extra tip for the girls. 25Z Samdach Sothearos Blvd Cambodia 11.551295, 104.932172

Beer (Angkor) is cheap at 50c per glass, 2 USD for 1 jug or 3USD/ 2 jugs. A small bottle of beer is about 1 USD. Stout is 3 USD for a small bottle.
Central Market, Russian Market, Killing Fields, Royal Palace, Toul Sleng Genocide Museum, Angkor Wat, Floating Village on Lake Tonle Sap and also a 1 day trip to Sihanoukville for a seafood lunch.
cheap imitation branded goods in the Russian Market; they are even cheaper than those available in HCM.
Good lunch near the Central Market, 6 USD per head.

Basically most of the pubs are in square of Monivong, Sihanouk, River front and 104th Street, but most of top class KTVs are along/near Mao Tse Tung and Rock north of it along Monivong.
Avoid Billabong and Franjipani Fine Arts Hotel. Those places do not like late night visitors.
some bars provide Happy Hour drink – 5pm to 9pm every day

Pontoon club near golden sorya mall, it was a disco club alive at midnite, get FL.

lots of bars and pubs near sorya mall, pontoon and Street 51 disco "Heart of darkness, all within walking distance, hv fun, ST 30 to 50$, LT 50 to 70$ , 136, 30USD ST is fine.
St 136. Moon Lounge... Expensive drinks
few bars start at 4pm , St 51. Cat house and Black Cat are open at this time.
bar street at street 108 Golden Vine Pub and Enigma Pub....they have some gems as well if you don't mind brown sugar,was less crowded than St 104 or Street 136
Oasis was a clear winner at 136 and Air Force bar at 104 for me. Lady Drinks USD3. Bar fine is USD10.
Streets 136 and 104. I prefer 104 which has less customers and the girls are more friendly. 104th street is nice. 136th is more like tourist trap. Local expats do not go there often.

FLs can be found on the roundabout and surrounding roads including the riverside park nearby. FLs are found singly or in groups with minders. Most of them are not conversant with English
They cater mainly to the locals but some of the girls are young and pretty, quality 6-8.
