Thanks to all bros for your kind understanding and condolences.... life goes on...
As the flashback on how I got to know Jeanie and Jaime ended... Its back to reality to face-off with the 2 of them... Just a summary of what happened since I've stopped for so long due to "unforeseen circumstances"... I've arranged to meet up with both Jeanie and Jaime. Jeanie has caught me red handed with Jaime and hence affected our relationship. Jeanie did not reprimand me for for I did but has became very possesive, unreasonable and suspicious. I don't blame her definitely as it's my own doing but her actions has strained our relationship. Thats why I have arranged for this showdown with them, to "turn every unturned stone". I picked up Jeanie and proceeded to buy dinner back to her place. Jeanie not aware that I have arranged for Jaime to stay home. Reached her place and she's surprised to discover Jaime... we proceeded to have dinner and all were quiet... a pretty awkward dinner. Finished dinner and Jeanie and I sat in the living area... "Darls... we've been together for sometime and I feel that our relationship is different now..." I said to Jeanie solemnly. "What do you mean?" Jeanie said without even looking at me... "I know its my fault and I am still very sorry about what happened with Jaime. I would like to talk to you and Jaime openly about this..." Looking at Jeanie. Jeanie's eyes are still staring at the tv... silence... Jaime was walking to her room as I called for her to join us... "Jaime can you join us please..?" "What?" Jaime smiling as she walked towards us... "I think we need to talk... about what happened. I am really sorry for what I've done and I really cherish my relationship with Jeanie... and you... and also concern about the relationship between you 2..." I managed. It's not as awkward as I thought it would be... Jeanie sitting next to me still quiet. Jaime sat opposite us and stared blankly at me... shocked. "What do you want me to do or say?" Jeanie finally broke the silence... "Like I said, I really cherish our relationship and what happened between Jaime and I was a mistake I made" I said to Jeanie... "I am really sorry to you too Jaime.." I said to Jaime... Jaime just sat there looking on the floor... silent. "I would have severed all ties with you if it was another girl!" Jeanie said... I was confused with what she said and expecting Jeanie to continue. "I have spoken to Jaime after what happened and we had made a pact to have an open challenge for you...." Jeanie said as Jaime finally looked up at me with a guilty smile... I swear my head was swirling and totally blank! "Jaime has told me that she liked you too and as I told her, if thats the case the decision is yours whether you wanna be with me or Jaime. I cherish Jaime as much as I love you and if she likes you and you prefer her, I would not object." Jeanie continued to confuse me more!!! Frankly speaking... I am totally lost but desperately trying to hide my relief and swelling head. I am really flattered but this is definitely not the outcome I have expected from this "showdown"!!! ---------------------------------------------------- smoke break....
